While everyone was talking about Soccer during the World Cup, the largest Colombian’s Lotto demonstrated that is somethingMore Exciting… being a Billionaire.

We measure the excitement of two colombians, one that watch the Worldcup like everyone else, and one that did not. Because we convince him not to so he could instead travel to Russia to fulfill his dream and live like a billionaire.
